User Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions and Billing
Driver Pro is offered as a $34.99/mo or $297.99/yr subscription billed through your app store. Pricing may change with notice.
Free Trial
Driver Pro includes a 7-day free trial. After the trial ends, your subscription will be billed automatically by the app store unless cancelled.
Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
User Data
You retain ownership of the trucking business data you enter. See our Privacy Policy.
No Financial, Tax, Legal, or Accounting Advice
TruckerNet is not a financial, tax, legal, or accounting advisor. Outputs are estimates and organizational tools only.
IFTA and Mileage Disclaimer
IFTA-related tools help organize state mileage and gallons. You are responsible for verifying mileage, gallons, and final IFTA filings.
User Responsibility for Accuracy
You are responsible for verifying load details, fuel entries, mileage, IFTA reports, taxes, and business decisions.
Fair-Market Rate Disclaimer
Fair-market rates are estimates and may not reflect every broker, shipper, lane, market condition, or real-time rate.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any law.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaBoost Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. TruckerNet does not guarantee a specific profit, rate, tax outcome, or compliance outcome.

We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
